Janitor Services. The Landlord shall cause, when reasonably necessary, the floors of the Leased Premises and the common areas, if any, on the floor on which the Leased Premises are situate to be swept and cleaned, the windows washed and the desks, tables and other furniture dusted. The Landlord shall not be responsible for any act of omission or commission on the part of any person or persons employed to perform such work; such work shall be done at the Landlord's direction without any interference by the Tenant, its servants or employees.
Janitor Services. The Newsprint Janitor will mop out the dry end lunchroom once per day, Monday to Friday and Utility hands will continue to provide weekend cleanup.
Janitor Services. The Landlord shall provide cleaning and janitorial services, including exterior window cleaning, to a standard and with services consistent with the standards of prudent landlords from time to time for similar commercial office buildings in similar locations in the city in which the Building is situate, provided that the Tenant shall at the end of each business day leave the Leased Premises in a reasonably tidy condition in accordance with Section 4.7 hereof. With the exception of the obligations to cause such work to be done, the Landlord shall not be responsible for any act or omission on the part of the person or persons, firm or corporation employed to perform such work, and such work shall be done at the Landlord's direction, without interference by the Tenant, its servants, agents or employees. All third party contractors shall be bonded and the Landlord shall pursue legitimate claims against such persons and make available to the Tenant proceeds actually received by the Landlord in respect of any claims related to the Leased Premises or the Tenant wherein the Tenant suffered damage or loss.
Janitor Services to cause when reasonably necessary from time to time the floors of the Premises to be swept and cleaned and the desks, tables and other furniture of the Tenant to be dusted; and to cause when reasonably necessary from time to time, but not more than once in every two month period, the windows of the Premises to be washed, but with the exception of the obligation to cause such work to be done, the Landlord shall not be responsible for any act of omission or commission on the part of the person or persons employed to perform such work; such work shall be done at the Landlord's direction and without interference by the Tenant, its servants or employees; the Tenant agrees that any such authorized representative shall have free access to the Premises;
Janitor Services. Lessor agrees to provide janitorial services that ---------------- will include individual offices and all common areas 5 days per week.
Janitor Services. The Tenant shall provide its own janitor service in and about the interior of the Leased Premises. The Tenant shall not provide any janitor service in and about the Leased Premises except through a janitor contractor or Tenant's employees who are, and shall continuously be, in each and every instance, satisfactory to the Landlord.
Janitor Services. The Landlord will provide janitor and cleaning services to the Premises, it being agreed by the Tenant that any janitor or cleaning service which the Landlord shall agree to provide in excess of services ordinarily provided by the Landlord for tenants of the Building (including those extra services which the Landlord shall make available by demand or special arrangement) shall be provided at the Tenant’s expense.
Janitor Services. 5.06 To provide cleaning and janitorial services, including window cleaning, to a standard and with services consistent with normal standards from time to time for similar buildings in similar locations in the city in which the Building is situate, provided that the Tenant shall at the end of each business day leave the Leased Premises in a reasonably tidy condition. With the exception of the obligation to cause such work to be done, the Landlord shall not be responsible for any act or omission on the part of the person or persons, firm or corporation employed to perform such work, and such work shall be done at the Landlord's direction, without interference by the Tenant, its servants, agents or employees.
Janitor Services. It is understood that the rental agreed to herein includes necessary janitor services and exterior maintenance for the leased premises and the related parking areas. The parties agree that Lessor will contract for or otherwise provide such necessary services so as to properly maintain and care for the leased premises and the related parking areas.
