Job Elimination Policy. Any full-time unit employee with less than ten (10) years of service and satisfactory or above performance rating whose job is eliminated and employment terminated shall receive base compensation for two (2) pay periods and thirty three percent (33%) of unused sick leave as severance pay, and two (2) weeks’ notice.
