JOB GOAL. In order to promote a drug-free, safe, and appropriate leaning environment for all students in attendance the resource officer should ultimately decrease the incidence of juvenile crime both in the schools and in the community. The resource officer shall carry out the following tasks:

JOB GOAL. To assist the teacher in achieving teaching objectives by working with individual students or small groups to help them achieve the skill levels of the class as a whole.
JOB GOAL. To guide students in learning subject matter and or skills as contained in the applicable Ohio Department of Education Academic Content Standards.
JOB GOAL. To provide a well-organized smoothly functioning class environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.
JOB GOAL. Assist and advise the probationary teacher in a manner that will help the new teacher become a successful, caring, collaborative team member and positive contributor as an employee of the Coloma Community Schools.
