Job Reference. Pursuant to Company policy, the Company will respond to inquiries from other employers and outside entities regarding Employee. Responses to such inquiries will only confirm the accuracy of factual data concerning dates of employment, salary, and position(s) held. The Company will not discuss the reasons for Employee’s termination or its evaluation of Employee’s performance.

Job Reference. DTG agrees that whenever in the future it receives a request for information or reference regarding Employee’s employment with DTG, DTG will provide truthful information reference regarding Employee’s employment with DTG, which will in all cases be no less favorable than neutral employment information verifying the position Employee held and the dates of Employee’s employment.

Job Reference. Exide understands that Employee may seek employment in ------------- the future with another entity or may seek to work as a consultant or independent contractor, and that there may be a need for Employee or an entity to obtain information about Employee's employment with Exide.   • General References All references in this Supplemental Indenture to Articles and Sections, unless otherwise specified, refer to the corresponding Articles and Sections of this Supplemental Indenture; and the term “herein”, “hereof”, “hereunder” and any other word of similar import refers to this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Defined Terms; References Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein which is defined in the Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement. Each reference to "hereof", "hereunder", "herein" and "hereby" and each other similar reference and each reference to "this Agreement" and each other similar reference contained in the Credit Agreement shall, after this Amendment becomes effective, refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

  • Section References All section references, unless otherwise indicated, shall be to Sections in this Agreement.

  • Terms of Reference The SSEC shall update, not later than January 31, 2023, the terms of reference for the committee. If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC). Commencing July 1, 2022, there will be $50,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above. Commencing July 1, 2024, there will be an additional $1,000,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above.

  • Definitions and References Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Credit Agreement. All references to the Credit Agreement contained in the Collateral Documents and the other Loan Documents, as amended or amended and restated, shall, upon the execution of this Amendment, mean the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.

  • Monetary References Whenever any amounts of money are referred to herein, such amounts shall be deemed to be in lawful money of Canada unless otherwise expressed.

  • Cross-References References in this Amendment to any Article or Section are, unless otherwise specified, to such Article or Section of this Amendment.

  • Article and Section References All article and section references used in this Agreement, unless otherwise provided, are to articles and sections in this Agreement.
