Common use of Job Share Vacancy Clause in Contracts

Job Share Vacancy. 6 If one (1) job share employee vacates the position, the County 7 determines whether the position should continue as a job share. The remaining employee 8 has the right to assume the position on a full-time basis. If the position continues as a job 9 share, the vacant half of the position will be filled using the department procedure.
