JOB SHARING (ARTICLE 16). The introduction of job sharing arrangements will be subject to mutual agreement between the Association and the Hospital. The initial job sharing arrangement will be on a trial basis for a period of up to six (6) months, subject to review by the Association and the Hospital before confirmation. It is agreed that the following conditions will govern the arrangements.

  • JOB SHARING 20.01 Job sharing is defined as an arrangement whereby two or more nurses share the hours of work of what would otherwise be one full-time position. If the Hospital and the Union agree to a job sharing arrangement, the introduction or discontinuance of such job sharing arrangements will be determined locally.

  • Job Sharing / Time Sharing (a) Job sharing shall be interpreted to mean two employees sharing one full- time position (10 shifts bi-weekly).

  • Work Sharing SRD is calculated as if the employee is working full-time hours. (SRD has an impact on recognition of employee service at years 25 and 40, Quarter Century Club Membership and seniority (Article 64).)

  • Scholarly Sharing On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensor.

  • Termination of Collocation Arrangement CLEC may terminate a completed Collocation arrangement by a Collocation Decommission or a Collocation Transfer of Responsibility. A Collocation site is only eligible for Collocation Decommission or a Collocation Transfer of Responsibility after the site is built-out and accepted by CLEC. Abandoned equipment shall be handled as detailed in Section 8.2.1.22.3.

  • CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing 3.4.1 Freedom may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. Freedom may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4- Central Office shall apply.

  • Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement General Clauses 16 and 17 of the Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement provide that claims between parties to it are limited to specified amounts unless the parties expressly contract otherwise.

  • CFR PART 200 Termination Termination for cause and for convenience by the grantee or subgrantee including the manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement. (All contracts in excess of $10,000) Pursuant to the above, when federal funds are expended by ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members, ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for cause after giving the vendor an appropriate opportunity and up to 30 days, to cure the causal breach of terms and conditions. ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for convenience with 30 days notice in writing to the awarded vendor. The vendor would be compensated for work performed and goods procured as of the termination date if for convenience of the ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members. Any award under this procurement process is not exclusive and the ESC Region 8 and TIPS reserves the right to purchase goods and services from other vendors when it is in the best interest of the ESC Region 8 and TIPS.   • Non-Bargaining Unit Employees Employees outside the bargaining unit will not perform work that is normally done by employees in the bargaining unit. However, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as prohibiting foremen from doing work for purposes of employee instruction and evaluation, and equipment assessment, provided in so doing a lay-off of bargaining unit employees does not result, or in the case of an emergency when regular employees are not available, provided that every reasonable effort is made to find a replacement.

  • Benefits Upon Layoff or Separation (a) Subject to (b) and (c) below, regular employees who have completed three (3) months of service and who are receiving benefits pursuant to Section 1.1(c), 1.1(d), or 1.2 shall continue to receive such benefits upon layoff or separation until the termination of the illness or until the maximum benefit entitlement has been granted, whichever comes first, if the notice of layoff or separation is given after the commencement of the illness for which the benefits are being paid.
