Job Sharing Definition. Job Sharing sharing is the employment a voluntary opportunity for two Employees, at least one of two employees performing the duties and responsibilities for one particular job whom is tenured, to share a full-time bargaining unit position. Job Sharing This position may be shared with another volunteer tenured Employee or with a part-time Employee who is not designed hired or assigned to fill the remaining portion of the position. No other pairing of Employees shall be permanent part time employment or to provide opportunity for board employees to work for other employersconsidered job sharing.
