Job Sharing Definition. Job Sharing sharing is the employment a voluntary opportunity for two Employees, at least one of two employees performing the duties and responsibilities for one particular job whom is tenured, to share a full-time bargaining unit position. Job Sharing This position may be shared with another volunteer tenured Employee or with a part-time Employee who is not designed hired or assigned to fill the remaining portion of the position.
