Common use of Joint Consultative Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Consultative Committee. (a) A Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) will be established comprising three nominees of the University and three nominees of the Union, one of which can be an Industrial Officer. By prior agreement additional attendees may be invited to participate in a JCC meeting.

Joint Consultative Committee. (a) A The parties have agreed to establish a Joint Consultative Committee (“the JCC) ”). The JCC will consist of 4 company and 4 employee representatives. Company representatives will be established comprising three nominees of appointed by the University Centre Director and three nominees of the Unionemployee representatives are to be elected by employees. The JCC may invite others to meetings as relevant, one of which can be an Industrial Officer. By prior agreement additional attendees may be invited to participate in a JCC meetingparticularly subject specialists/experts as required.
