Joint Consultative Committee. (a) A Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) will be established comprising three nominees of the University and three nominees of the Union, one of which can be an Industrial Officer. By prior agreement additional attendees may be invited to participate in a JCC meeting.

Company representatives will be established comprising three nominees of appointed by the University Centre Director and three nominees of the Unionemployee representatives are to be elected by employees.
