Common use of Joint Insurance Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Insurance Committee. The BOARD, BEA, and BCEA shall establish a Joint Insurance Program Review Committee composed of an equal number of individuals appointed by each group. The function of this Committee shall be to review the Health Insurance Program provided to employees and to make recommendations to the Superintendent, BEA, and BCEA for changes in benefits, changes in carriers and other matters related to the insurance program. It is understood that this Committee shall have no ability to recommend any changes that will increase the amount the BOARD is contributing toward the premium cost for any employee.
