Common use of Joint Insurance Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Insurance Committee. The City will establish a joint Employer/Employee Medical Insurance Committee for the purpose of monitoring the current insurance program. The committee shall be a standing committee convened as necessary by the City Administrator or designee. The committee shall establish its own rules and timetable for meetings and will make a recommendation on the insurance program to the City Administrator. The committee will be composed of employee representatives from each department. AFSCME Local 350-3 shall be entitled to appoint up to three (3) representatives to this committee.
