Joint obligations of the Institution and Investigator. (i) Institution and Investigator each represent and warrants that there is nothing that they are aware of that would or could for the duration of the Study: (i) negatively impact on the proper and safe performance of the Study; or (ii) create a conflict of interest for the Institution or the Investigator for the performance of the Study (such as participation in another clinical trial). (ii) Investigator and/or Institution shall immediately inform Covance and the Sponsor of any actual or perceived conflict of interest. or any alleged misconduct or breach, the Institution and the Investigator shall provide all reasonable assistance to any investigation by or on behalf of the Sponsor and/or Covance. (iii) Institution and/or Investigator will obtain from Covance or Sponsor all relevant consents of regulatory agencies and approvals of ethic committees and other approvals needed for the Study conduct. (iv) ensure that the Investigator will disclose his involvement in the Study if he participates in any committee that sets formularies or develops clinical guidelines or is involved in any decision relating to the Sponsor or if this is imposed on him based on the requirements of any Institution, committee or scientific organization with which he is affiliated. 4.
Joint obligations of the Institution and Investigator. (i) Institution and Investigator each represent and warrants that there is nothing that they are aware of that would or could for the duration of the Study: (i) negatively impact on the proper and safe performance of the Study; or (ii) create a conflict of interest for the Institution or the Zkoušející vynaloží maximální úsilí k přesnému a efektivnímu provádění prací požadovaných podle této Smlouvy, přičemž se zejména zavazuje: (i) provést nezávislé lékařské posouzení, zda jednotlivé Subjekty hodnocení splňují požadavky Protokolu; (ii) informovat společnost Labcorp a Zadavatele o jakýchkoliv případných odchylkách od Protokolu nebo jeho nedodržování; (iii) bez zbytečného prodlení odpovídat na všechny dotazy společnosti Labcorp nebo Zadavatele na jakékoli záležitosti týkající se Studie; (iv) bez zbytečného prodlení společnost Labcorp informovat o jakýchkoli významných změnách, které se vyskytnou kdykoli v průběhu Studie a které mohou mít vliv na schopnost Zkoušejícího nebo Poskytovatele provést Studii, zejména o změnách Spolupracujících osob Studie; (v) zaznamenat a dokumentovat všechny nežádoucí příhody a laboratorní odchylky označované v Protokolu jako kritické pro hodnocení bezpečnosti; (vi) ohlásit všechny závažné nežádoucí příhody společnosti Labcorp a/nebo Zadavateli bez zbytečného odkladu, avšak nejpozději během dvaceti čtyř (24) hodin po obdržení informace o příhodách, pokud u určitých závažných nežádoucích příhod Protokol nestanovuje, že okamžité hlášení není vyžadováno; (vii) že bude informovat o svém zapojení do Studie, pokud je součástí jakékoliv komise, která sestavuje lékopisy nebo vytváří klinické pokyny xxxx xx zapojená do rozhodování souvisejícího se Zadavatelem nebo pokud mu to ukládají požadavky jakékoliv instituce, komise nebo vědecké organizace, k xxxx xx přičleněn.
