Common use of Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Hospital will recognize one (1) bargaining unit employee of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. When a regular member of the Committee is not available, she or he may be replaced by an alternate, appointed by the Association.
