An error in the above mechanism for shift distribution initiated by a registered nurse will be resolved by offering the aggrieved nurse a shift as an extra at a time agreeable to the nurse. Such shift will not result in a premium situation. An error in the above mechanism for shift distribution by the Hospital will result in the aggrieved nurse being paid.
After Posting of the Schedule. (i) If a regular part-time nurse is scheduled for less than their commitment, then additional tours will be first offered to them by seniority in order for them to meet their commitment. (ii) When all regular part-time nurses have been given the opportunity to work up to their commitment, the Hospital will offer additional tours to regular and casual part-time nurses on the basis of seniority, subject to the following: (1) It is understood that the Hospital will not be required to offer tours which would result in premium pay. (2) When a regular part-time or a casual part-time nurse accepts an additional tour, she or he must report for that tour unless arrangements satisfactory to the Hospital are made. (3) If no part-time nurse is available at straight or premium pay, then the tour may be offered to a full-time nurse by order of seniority. (4) For clarity, it is understood that job-sharers may only make themselves available for additional tours when neither job- share partner is scheduled on their full-time rotation or when staffing needs continue to exist after the conditions of Article L.17 (a) (ii) and L.17 (b) (ii) have been satisfied.

After Posting of the Schedule. Additional available tours after the schedule has been posted will be offered by seniority as follows: i) To RPT Employees from the unit who have not been offered their commitment; ii) To RPT and Job Sharers from the unit who have indicated in the Time and Attendance System that they are available for additional shifts; iii) To Casuals on the unit by seniority on a rotational basis for each individual shift; iv) To RPT and Job Sharers in the secondary pool who have indicated in the Time and Attendance System that they are available for additional shifts; see definition of secondary pool below. v) To Casual employees by seniority on a rotational basis for each individual shift from the secondary pool who have indicated in writing to their manager that they are available for additional shifts.

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible. It is understood that this clause does not apply to casual employees. There shall be a daily starting time for each employee. Daily hours of work for full time employees shall be consecutive, with the exception of meal periods.

  • THE SCHEDULE Subject to the reservation set out in subclause (3) of this Clause, the Joint Venturers shall at all times during the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof so exercise the rights conferred upon or vested in them by this Agreement and shall so operate or make use of all onshore facilities so as to ensure that the priorities set out in subclauses (2) and (4) of this Clause are observed and performed.

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.   • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the ISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.
