Common use of Joint Rehabilitation Improvement Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Rehabilitation Improvement Committee. During the term of the agreement, one (1) person from Employer and one (1) person from the Healthcare Benefit Trust shall meet the one (1) representative of the Union. The parties will work together to improve the Rehabilitation Process. The Committee will have access to all relevant information available to the Trust to determine the cost savings experienced by the LTD Plan and as a result of the Rehabilitation Provisions.
