Joint Safety Committee. The Joint Union Management Safety Committee shall be comprised of equal representation from the Company and the Unions concerned. Its' terms of reference shall be as follows: 1. To review all safety issues tabled during Agreement negotiations, and recommend action to the Parties as appropriate. 2.
