In recognition of the fact that workload is a serious concern of both the Agency and the Union and because there are a number of factors that will continue to impact on the overall workload of the organization, the Agency and the Union agree to maintain a Joint Workload Committee.

The Terms of Reference for that joint committee shall be developed and maintained by the Joint Workload Committee.
