Jury and Court Witness Duty. 26:01 Regular or auxiliary employees, subpoenaed to serve as a member of a jury, shall receive their regular pay for absence on regularly scheduled days of work, provided that the employee pays to the Employer all remuneration received for performing jury duty on those days and provided further, that the employee reports to work before or after fulfilling such duty on those days, when it is practical to do so.
