Jury and Court Witness Duty. 25.01 The Employer shall grant leave of absence without loss of seniority to an employee who serves as a juror or witness in any court. The Employer shall pay such employee the difference between his normal earnings and the payment he receives for jury service or court witness duty. The employee will present proof of service and the amount of payment received.
