Common use of JURY DUTY AND COURT TIME Clause in Contracts

JURY DUTY AND COURT TIME. 25.01 Regular full-time employees shall be granted time off without loss of straight time pay for reporting for jury duty upon presentation to his supervisor of satisfactory evidence relating to jury duty. No deduction shall be made from any amount of compensation received for performing said jury duty. Any monies received by an employee while on pay status for jury duty will be turned over to the City Finance Department and placed in the general fund.
