Jury Duty and Court Witness. a. A teacher called for jury duty shall be compensated for the difference between the regular teaching pay and any compensation received for the performance of such obligation. b. A teacher subpoenaed into court, to give testimony in a case or proceeding in which the Association is not a party and in which the teacher has no personal business or financial interest (e.g. by virtue of other employment or investment interests, etc.), shall be compensated for the difference between the regular teaching pay and any witness fees received.
