Jury Duty and Subpoena Leave WAS. A. Leave of absence with pay shall be granted for jury duty. Any compensation for jury duty performed on contracted days shall be deducted from the certificated employee’s salary. The certificated employee shall timely notify the District when notification to serve on jury duty has been received.
