Common use of Jury Duty Days Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty Days. A teacher who is called for jury duty will be reimbursed for the difference between the amount paid for such services and the teacher's regular salary during the period of service. Teachers will be expected to report for their regular duties when temporarily excused from the attendance at court.
