Common use of Jury Duty During Vacation Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty During Vacation. An employee who is required to appear for jury duty or is requested by the Board to appear as a witness in a court proceeding or is subpoenaed as a witness in a legal proceeding during her vacation period shall be granted, upon request, that the period of vacation time be changed to jury or witness duty leave.
