Jury Duty/Witness Fees. 30.01 An employee who is required by law to be in jury selection process, to serve as a juror or subpoenaed witness in any Court of Law shall be granted leave of absence with pay for all scheduled hours, provided that the employee remits to the Employer any monies received other than for reimbursement of expenses.
