Common use of Jury Duty/Witness Fees Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty/Witness Fees. On presentation of court documentation, any employee who must serve as a juror, which shall include jury selection or an employee who is required to act as a witness for the Crown or Company, shall be paid the difference between their regular wage and the amount of compensation received from the Court. This procedure shall apply for each day that the employee is required to act as a juror/witness.
