Jury or Court Witness Duty. The Employer shall grant paid leave of absence to an employee who is called as a juror or witness in any legal proceeding. The employee will be paid the difference between any jury service fees and their regular rate of pay for those hours spent on jury duty, not exceeding the regular hours the employee normally would work on that day. An employee may be required to provide proof that the employee was called for jury or witness duty and the days on which the employee was required to attend together with evidence of the fees paid for performing such service.
