Jury Service Leave. 21.1 Employees called on for jury service leave are required to serve unless there are exceptional circumstances which preclude this, in which case the employer may apply to the court for postponement. 21.2 An employee called on for jury service may elect to take annual leave, special leave on pay, or leave without pay.
