K12 Compliance. K12 will provide the Educational Products and Services set forth in this Agreement and any amendments hereto in accordance with Applicable Law, the Charter, and Council policies made known to K12 in writing and relating to the Program. Subject to Section 11, K12 shall also comply with changes in Council policies within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice and a copy thereof; however, Program Policies (as defined in section 3.2) shall be adopted in accordance with Section 3.2.
K12 Compliance. K12 will provide the Educational Products and Services set forth in this Agreement as set forth on Exhibits A and B, and any amendments hereto in accordance with Applicable Law, the Charter, and Board and School policies that are both made known to K12 in writing and relate to academics. Subject to Section 11, K12 shall also comply with changes in Academic Policies (as defined in Section 3.3) within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice and a copy thereof; however, Academic Policies shall be adopted in accordance with Section 3.3. For the sake of clarity, a Board or School policy (whether on academics or otherwise) cannot and does not revise, amend or create additional rights or obligations to either Party of this Agreement, except as may be agreed to by both Parties as a written amendment hereto.
