Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.
Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.
Site Allowance Procedure 18.1 This procedure shall apply to construction work in the commercial/industrial sector of the building industry in the State of Victoria. Safety Boot Allowance Effective January 1, 2022, except for temporary and probationary employees, the Employer agrees to pay one hundred and eighty-five dollars ($185.00) in January of each year towards the cost of safety boots for each full time employee requiring them and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each part time employee requiring them under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or by the Employer, provided the Employee is not eligible for safety footwear through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
