KEY OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROJECT. 2.1 The parties shall undertake the Project to achieve the key objectives set out in Annex A to this MoU (Key Objectives).
2.2 The parties acknowledge that the current position with regard to the Project and the contributions already made (financial and otherwise) are as detailed in the Annex A to this MoU.
KEY OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROJECT. 2.1 The parties shall, subject to the condition as set out in clause 2.3, undertake the Project to achieve the key objectives set out in Annex A to this MoU (Key Objectives).
2.2 The parties acknowledge that the current position with regard to the Project and the contributions already made (financial and otherwise) are as detailed in the Annex A to this MoU.
2.3 The parties acknowledge and agree that the commencement of the Project is conditional upon both parties receiving confirmation in terms satisfactory to them that Heritage Lottery Funding for at least £3,920,000 (three million, nine hundred and twenty thousand pounds) will be made available by no later than 31 December 2018. This condition may be waived by both parties jointly. If this condition is not satisfied or waived by 31 December 2018 this MoU will cease to have effect save for clauses 3 (k) (Joint Communications), 6.2 (Freedom of Information) and 12 (Jurisdiction),
KEY OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROJECT. 2.1 The Partners agree the following key objectives:
a. To work together in good faith to develop the Land and any Additional Land for the Project within five (5) years from the date here of;
b. To minimise the up-front cost to the Partners;
c. To deliver the Project if financially viable in terms of initial capital and on a revenue basis.
2.2 The Partners shall undertake the Project in accordance with this MOU.
2.3 The Partners acknowledge that the current position with regard to the Project and the contributions already made (financial and otherwise) are as detailed in the Schedule 2 to this MoU.
2.4 The Partners shall cooperate with KCC in the proposed purchase of the Additional Land.
KEY OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROJECT. The parties shall undertake the Project, between 2017 and 2020, to achieve the key objective set out in Schedule 1 to this MoU (“Key Objective”).

2.2. Each Party will work to secure any permissions, licences, consents or approvals needed for the Project.

KEY OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROJECT. 2.1 The parties shall work together in order to deliver the Project to achieve the key objectives set out in Annex A to this Agreement (Key Objectives).

KEY OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROJECT. 2.1 The Parties shall undertake the Project to achieve the Key Objectives set out below:
(a) Develop energy efficiency projects to improve the building stock of all Cambridgeshire with the aim of reducing fuel poverty and carbon emissions;
(b) Ensuring good value, high quality energy efficiency installations with outstanding quality of work and customer care;
(c) Boosting the local economy (employment, skills and learning, expansion and development of the energy efficiency and renewable sector);
(d) Supporting local community groups and voluntary sector organisations working on sustainable energy-related issues;
(e) Establishing an energy efficiency programme which can provide a revenue stream the LA’s can use to re-invest into the project or to cover the cost of officer time.
2.2 It is recognised that the parties each have different levels of resource to allocate at any particular time but this in no way undermines or detracts from the collaborative work covered by this MoU.
