Common use of Labor & Industries Worker’s Compensation Claims Clause in Contracts

Labor & Industries Worker’s Compensation Claims. ‌ For employees who are disabled due to a job-related illness or injury and who qualify for and are receiving time loss payments under Title 51 RCW, the District will continue to provide the medical, dental, and vision coverage as is provided in Article XXVIII and as the employee was regularly receiving prior to the disability. Such coverage will extend for a maximum of one year from the date of disability.
