Labor-Management Leadership Committee. The Labor-Management Leadership Committee (“LMLC”) will be a forum for communication and cooperation between labor and management to support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective service to the citizens of Seattle while maintaining a high-quality work environment for City employees. The parties’ representatives to the LMLC will be determined in accordance with the LMLC Charter.
