Labor Management Meetings. Section 7.1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, the Employer and/or designee(s) shall meet as necessary, but no more than once per month without agreement, with not more than three (3) employee representatives of the FOP to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship when requested. Section 7.2. An agenda will be exchanged by the parties at least seven (7) working days in advance of the scheduled meeting with a list of matters to be taken up in the meeting and the names of those FOP representatives who will be attending. The purpose of such meeting shall be to: A. Discuss the administration of this Agreement. B. Notify the FOP of changes made by the Employer which affect bargaining unit members of the FOP. C. Disseminate general information of interest to the parties. D. Discuss ways to increase productivity and improve effectiveness. E. To consider and discuss health and safety matters relating to employees. Section 7.3. This Article is not intended to be a vehicle to modify or change any provisions of this Agreement.
