Common use of Labor Management Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labor Management Meetings. Section 7.1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, unless mutually agreed otherwise, once each quarter on a mutually agreeable day and time, the Employer and/or their designee(s) shall meet with not more than two (2) FOP Associates to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship.
