Labor Management. The parties have established a Labor Management Committee consisting of an equal number of Employer and Employee representatives. The primary purpose of the Committee is to meet and discuss issues of concern to either Labor or Management. The Committee will meet monthly or on an as-needed basis. This Committee is not for purposes of resolving individual grievances and shall not have the authority to amend or modify this Agreement.
