Common use of Labor Management Clause in Contracts

Labor Management. The Labor Management Committee will meet monthly to discuss matters of mutual concern, at mutually agreeable times. Each has the authority to make recommendations to the other. The Union team will consist of the Union President and three members appointed by the Union for contract negotiations and to manage the contract for its duration. The Township team will consist of the Township Administrator, Human Resources Manager, Fire Chief and a Deputy Chief appointed for contract negotiations and to manage the contract for its duration. Both teams will attempt to maintain the same membership for the duration of the contract, but may appoint substitutes if necessary.
