Labor Management. The Board, administrative representative, and the Association agree to meet quarterly for the duration of this contract. 2.10.1 Each party will submit to the other, on or before five (5) working days prior to the meeting, an agenda covering matters they wish to discuss. A submitted agenda from either party constitutes a meeting. 2.10.2 The ongoing meetings will in no way constitute a waiver on the part of the Association of midterm bargaining rights, which may be granted under the IELRA.
