COMMON ITEMS. 12.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord on demand a fair proportion of all costs payable by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building in common with other land.
COMMON ITEMS. Except as otherwise determined by the Directors, all expenses and other items of the Company shall be borne by or allocated to each Holder proportionately based upon the relative net asset values of each Holder. Such common items shall include, but not be limited to, Directors' fees; 1940 Act registration expenses; organizational expenses of the Trust; and accounting expenses relating to the Trust.
COMMON ITEMS. The Tenant shall comply with all reasonable regulations the Landlord may make from time to time in connection with the use of any Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building in common with other land.
COMMON ITEMS. 14.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord within 30 days of demand the Tenant’s Proportion of all costs properly payable by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building in common with other land.
COMMON ITEMS. 15.1 The Tenant shall comply with all reasonable regulations the Landlord may make and notify to the Tenant in writing from time to time in connection with the use of any of those Service Media forming part of the Estate, structures or other items.
COMMON ITEMS. All expenses and other items of the Company that are common to more than one Series shall be borne by or allocated to each such Series proportionately based upon the relative net asset values of each Holder. Such common items shall include, but not be limited to, Directors' fees; 1940 Act registration expenses; organizational expenses of the Company, exclusive of organizational expenses attributable to any specific Series; and accounting expenses relating to the Company that are not attributable to any specific Series.
COMMON ITEMS. 11.1 From time to time to pay on demand a fair proportion (to be determined by the Landlord acting reasonably) of the expenses payable in respect of repairing renewing cleansing and lighting as appropriate all ( if any) roofs walls fences Service Media drains roads paths pavements car parks and hard standings and other things the use or benefit of which is common to the Building and other premises insofar as such expense is not included in the annual service charge herein reserved
COMMON ITEMS. 7.1 To pay the Landlord on demand a fair proportion of all costs payable for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items used or capable of being used by the Property in common with other property.
COMMON ITEMS. 9.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord within 14 days after receipt of written demand a fair proportion of all costs payable for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items used or capable of being used by the Property in common with other property.
