There are no condemnation, environmental, zoning, or other land use regulation proceedings contemplated, threatened or instituted which could detrimentally affect the use or operation of the Property or the value of the Property, nor has Seller received notice of any special assessment proceedings affecting the Property.
Land Use Regulation. Prior to conveyance to the Club, Developer shall obtain any clearances or permits necessary to allow the use of the Developer Property as a Club Property.

Land Use Regulation. Buyer agrees that any maintenance or expansion of the Systems will be done in conformance with existing Borough land use and zoning ordinances, master plan and historic district standards, if applicable.
