Landing Fees and Reports. A per landing charge for the use of the Airport’s landing area (“Landing Fee”) shall be collected by Xxxxxx on behalf of the Airports Authority. The Landing Fee shall be determined as the product of the maximum gross landed weight of the aircraft multiplied by the Landing Fee rate for the rate period. Lessee shall receive and retain a ten percent (10%) payment for acting as agent of the Airports Authority in the collection of Landing Fees. It is Xxxxxx’s responsibility to obtain a cash or electronic payment or to render billing, if necessary, to collect such Landing Fees and other fees from individual aircraft owners or operators. Lessee shall monitor and record with its own personnel those landings for aircraft handled or serviced by Lessee and collect the applicable Landing Fee for the class, type and weight of aircraft, and shall coordinate its procedures for monitoring landings with the Airports Authority’s procedures. Lessee shall provide a monthly Landing Report to the Airports Authority that lists the total number of aircraft, their registration numbers, and landed weights. The Landing Report also shall include Xxxxxx’s statement of Landing Fees collected that month and remitted to the Airports Authority.

Landing Fees and Reports. A per landing charge for use of the Airports landing area shall be collected by the Contractor on behalf of the Airports Authority (“Landing Fee”). The Landing Fee shall be determined as the product of the maximum gross landed weight of the aircraft multiplied by the Airport Landing Fee rate for the Rate Period. The Contractor shall pay the Airports Authority at a fixed rate of ninety percent (90%) of all Landing Fees collected for each month of the Contract Term. The Contractor shall receive and retain a ten percent (10%) payment for acting as agent of the Airports Authority in the collection of Landing Fees. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain a cash or electronic payment or to render billing, if necessary, to collect such Landing Fees and other fees from individual aircraft owners or operators. The Contractor shall monitor and record with its own personnel those landings for aircraft handled or serviced by the Contractor and collect the applicable General Aviation or Non-Signatory Airline Landing Fee for the class, type, and weight of aircraft, and shall coordinate its procedures for monitoring landings with the Airports Authority’s procedures. The Contractor shall provide a monthly Landing Report to the Airports Authority that lists the total number of aircraft, their registration numbers, and landed weights. The Contractor shall obtain cash payment or render billing, if necessary, to collect all fees from Operators.

  • Payments and Reports All payments and reports due hereunder shall be made on or before the day such payments and reports are due. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to extend the expiration of the primary term hereof. Oil royalty payments and supporting documents shall be submitted prior to the last day of the month following each month's sale of production, and gas royalty payments and supporting documents shall be submitted prior to the last day of the second month following each month's sale of production. All payments shall be made by cash, check, certified check, or money order. Payment having restrictions, qualifications, or encumbrances of any kind whatsoever shall not be accepted by Lessor. Not later than the Payment Deadline, Lessee shall report to COLT showing the actual amount for each and every mining method of Coal mined, processed, stockpiled, loaded, shipped, and sold from the Premises by Lessee and/or its Affiliates or contractors during the preceding month and shall also include individual sales of Coal by Lessee, the customers to which Coal was sold, the Gross Sales Prices of Coal for each sale, itemization of allowable deductions for each sale, calculations of Actual Production Royalty due COLT for each sale and for the preceding month, and the location, by Quarter-Quarter Section, Township, and Range, of the lands of COLT from which such Coal was mined. Such report or reports shall be made either on a form or forms of COLT supplied to Lessee or on a form or forms of Lessee that are approved by COLT. Each report shall be certified to be true, accurate, and correct by Lessee and shall be to the satisfaction of COLT. In any event, all of the aforementioned items shall be made available to COLT by Lessee, at all times upon COLT’s request, for any month during the term of this Lease. Such reports shall, at COLT’s request, be accompanied by copies of invoices, purchase orders, sales receipts, bills of lading, truck weight tickets, railroad weight tickets, barge weight tickets, statements of transportation, washing and handling charges, and other forms of verification as may be deemed necessary by COLT.

  • Notice and Reports The request for the issuance of a Letter of Credit shall be submitted to the Issuing Lender at least five (5) Business Days prior to the requested date of issuance. The Issuing Lender will promptly upon request provide to the Administrative Agent for dissemination to the Revolving Lenders a detailed report specifying the Letters of Credit which are then issued and outstanding and any activity with respect thereto which may have occurred since the date of any prior report, and including therein, among other things, the account party, the beneficiary, the face amount, expiry date as well as any payments or expirations which may have occurred.   • Accounting and Reports (a) The Company shall adopt for tax accounting purposes any accounting method that the Board shall decide in its sole discretion is in the best interests of the Company. The Company’s accounts shall be maintained in U.S. currency. (b) After the end of each Taxable Year, the Company shall furnish to each Member such information regarding the operation of the Company and such Member’s Interest as is necessary for Members to complete U.S. federal and state income tax or information returns and any other tax information required by U.S. federal and state law. The Company may furnish to each Member such other periodic reports as it deems necessary or appropriate in its discretion.

(c) Each of the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates agree to maintain complete books and records accounting for the acquisition, financing, construction, and operation of the Project. Such books and records shall (i) permit ready identification of the various Phases and components thereof; (ii) confirm the dates on which each Phase was placed in service; and (iii) include copies of all filings made by the Company and any such Sponsor Affiliates in accordance with Section 3.03(a) or (b) above with respect to property placed in service as part of the Project.
