Landlord Covenant. The Landlord covenants with each of the Tenant and the Guarantor by way of indemnity only and with effect from the date hereof to observe and perform all landlord’s covenants and obligations in the Underleases and all covenants and obligations given by the tenant under the Documents (provided that the Landlord shall not be liable under this Clause 4.1 for any breaches of any such obligations and covenants by the Tenant or the Guarantor occurring prior to the date of this Deed).

Campbell, Inx., Xxxxxx-Xxxpbxxx Xxxxxxxx, Delawarx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxial Mortgage, LLC, or any entity in which Brian Campbell owns at least a twexxx-xxxx xxxxent (25%) interest or other retail name that shall be approved by Tenant in advance.
Landlord Covenant. Landlord covenants and agrees with Lessee that Landlord shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Put/Call Agreement, the Credit Agreement and the Operating Agreement.
Landlord Covenant. Landlord affirmatively covenants that Tenant shall have the right of quiet possession of the Premises so long as Tenant observes the term and provisions set forth in the Lease.

Landlord Covenant. Landlord covenants and agrees that (other than with respect to all materials, components and processes necessary and incidental to the demolition, renovation and construction required to the Land, Building. Premises and Common Area during the Term hereof) Landlord has not knowingly or willfully placed and it shall not knowingly or willfully place any Hazardous Materials in the Building, the Land or the Common Areas, other than those routinely used in the cleaning, operation, management and maintenance in normal quantities and containers and in accordance with all manufacturers' instructions and all Legal Requirements.

Any xxxxxxxx origination or financial services permitted by this paragraph shall be conducted in the name of Brian Campbell, B.K Campbelx, Xxx., Beilxx-Xxxxxxxx Xealtors, Delawxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxncial Mortgage, LLC, or any entity in which Brian Campbell owns at least txxxxx xxxx xxxcent (25%) interest or other retail name that shall be approved by Tenant in advance.
