Landscape Setting. The 5,031-acre BPMB is entirely within property owned by SJC. Surrounding and nearby land uses include silviculture, conservation, residential, and commercial. The BPMB is located north of Panama City Beach and extends northward into West Bay (Exhibit A-1-1). The shoreward edge of the BPMB consists of conservation lands, comprised of expansive salt marshes, tidal flats and pine islands that surround the peninsula. These conservation lands and the BPMB will effectively buffer approximately 11 miles of West Bay shoreline. The BPMB is located within five drainage basins: Direct Runoff to Bay, Botheration Bayou, Basin Bayou, Xxxxxxxx Bayou, and Unnamed Bayou, which are within the St. Xxxxxxx Bay watershed (FGDL 2003; Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx 1998). This large estuarine watershed incorporates the interconnected St. Xxxxxx, West, East, and North Bays; St. Xxxxxx Bay; Deer Point Reservoir; and the respective surface water basins of these water bodies (NWFWMD 2000). The watershed covers approximately 750,000 acres in six Florida counties; 61 percent of which is in Bay County. The dominant land use in the watershed is upland forest, which is primarily in silviculture.

  • Landscape Develop and coordinate landscape design concepts entailing analysis of existing conditions, proposed components and how the occupants will use the facility. Include location and description of planting, ground improvements and visual barriers.

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.

  • Maintenance and Repair – Line Sharing 3.6.1 C.M. shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any Loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If C.M. is using a BellSouth owned splitter, C.M. may access the Loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test jack. If C.M. provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.

  • Outdoor Lighting 3.8.1 Lighting shall be directed to driveways, parking areas, loading area, building entrances and walkways and shall be arranged so as to divert the light away from streets, adjacent lots and buildings.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Driveways 2.8 The Shop Response must include the possible impact description as well as a timeframe for restoration of Utility or work area.
