Landside/Terminal Area Development Alternatives. Description: The landside/terminal airside facility requirements developed in the previous Tasks will be translated into a series of alternative plans for comparative evaluation in relation to established planning criteria. The alternatives will address available options including development of new facilities, expansion of existing facilities, or abandonment of excess or deteriorated facilities including general aviation, air cargo and other related facilities. The existing on airport land uses will be evaluated to determine recommended configuration for the future which may include the relocation of existing facilities. The alternatives with the greatest potential for meeting airside demands will be evaluated to establish costs, environmental impacts, and operational considerations. An evaluation of the impacts associated with the alternative airside development options will be addressed. This will include consideration of: • Operational Performance: Including capacity, capability and efficiency. • Best Planning Tenets and Other Factors: Including safety & security, conformance with design standards, flexibility, alignment with sponsor’s strategic vision and social and political feasibility. • Environmental Factors: Including potential significant environmental impacts and land acquisition, if any. • Fiscal Factors: Including estimated development costs determined by applying estimated unit prices to estimated construction unit quantities taken from existing base mapping.   • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.

Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION FUND 19.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Construction Industry Development and Promotion Fund (the “Industry Fund”) the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and it shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directives.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.

  • Vendor Development Rights To the extent not inconsistent with Customer’s rights in the Work Product or as set forth herein, nothing in this Contract shall preclude Vendor from developing for itself, or for others, materials which are competitive with those produced as a result of the Services provided hereunder, provided that no Work Product is utilized, and no Intellectual Property Rights of Customer therein are infringed by such competitive materials. To the extent that Vendor wishes to use the Work Product, or acquire licensed rights in certain Intellectual Property Rights of Customer therein in order to offer competitive goods or services to third parties, Vendor and Customer agree to negotiate in good faith regarding an appropriate license and royalty agreement to allow for such.
