Language of the Bid. The Bid prepared by the Bidder and all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid exchanged by the Bidder and the procuring entity shall be written in the language indicated on the Bid Data Sheet.

Any printed literature furnished by the bidder may be written in another language provided that this literature is accompanied by an English Translation. In such case, for purpose of interpretation of the Bid, the English translation shall prevail.
