A different agreement may be made on the regulations on the financial benefits of the collective agreement if an employment contract is made with a trainee for the duration of the mandatory traineeship included in their degree. 2. In other traineeships related to the studies, the minimum salary is 75% of the salary in the difficulty category concerned. 3. At least 80% of the salary according to the difficulty category concerned shall be paid to the trainee without competencies and qualifications in the field, but for no more than two months. 4. The salary of comprehensive school pupils, upper secondary school stu- dents or vocational training school students without competencies or qual- ifications in the field is during the holiday period (1 June − 15 August) at least 65% of the salary according to the difficulty category concerned. This salary may be paid to the same employee for no more than 2.5 months.
