Late Evaluations. Failure of an appointing authority to recommend step advancement in accordance with Probation - Successful Completion of Probation Period provision of this MOU shall be considered to be a recommendation of step advancement effective on the due date. Timeliness of evaluations is not subject to the grievance procedure.
