Late Pickups. It is imperative that parents pick up their children on time. The children recognize when parents are late and begin to worry. Xxxxxx Street Day School closes at 6 p.m. There is a $5 late fee for any time within the first five minutes late and a $3 per minute late fee anytime after 6:05 p.m. You will be expected to pay the late fee upon pick up on the date in which you are late. You may pay by check or cash.

Sign in & Out: All children must be signed in and out daily with a full signature of an authorized adult. When signing your child in, please state who will be picking up your child if other than you. Your child will not be released to anyone who is not on the emergency form and with proper ID. No exceptions. Please do not leave a phone message. We are not always able to pick up these messages right away. The safety of your child is very important to us and is not taken lightly and for granted. Photography/videotaping: Photography and or video of the children will be taken periodically by center staff and or parents (during center events). Photos/ videotaping can be used for classroom display purposes, website advertisement, etc. Forms: In accordance with State Law, we must have the following forms completed before attending Planet Preschool: all Planet Preschool forms, CA Immunization Records and state licensing forms. Please notify immediately if changes are made.

I acknowledge The Classy Canine does not have boarding facilities, and agree that The Classy Canine may board my pet off-site if my pet is not picked up by the time its grooming department closes.
