LATE RETURN FEE. A Late Return Fee of up to $15.00 per day, up to a maximum of five (5) days/$75.00, will be applied if You return the Car more than 12 hours after the date and time previously scheduled, and You failed to notify Hertz of such change more than 24 hours prior to Your scheduled return time by calling Hertz at 0-000-000-0000. This Fee will be applied in addition to any change in rental rate that occurs as a result of extending Your rental.

LATE RETURN FEE. If the client fails to return the dress/es within the 48hr period as is outlined by the dates listed on the Try On Contract, e-mail correspondence, and return instructions enclosed with the dress shipment, the client hereby authorizes CBE to charge late return fees. For each day late the client will be charged a late return fee by CBE equal to the rental fee. These charges will accumulate for each day late up to but not exceeding 10x the dress rental fee. After a period of 7 days, the dress will be considered a purchase and the client will be charged the total retail cost of the dress(as stated on the invoice) in addition to the late return fees already incurred.
LATE RETURN FEE. You agree if you return your Vehicle two hours or more later than the Due In time listed at the top of this Face Page, without previously informing us of your intentions to do so, you may be charged a late return fee of $10.00, in addition to any applicable changes to the daily Rental Day charges and the amount of days charged, if your late return leads to you being in possession of the vehicle for an additional rental day(s). If you do not contact us to extend your rental, nothing herein gives you permission to retain possession of your rental vehicle beyond the date and time stated on your Rental Agreement. If you retain possession of the vehicle without contacting us, we will follow our standard overdue process.
LATE RETURN FEE. If your Rental is returned more than two (2) hours late, you will be charged a LATE RETURN FEE equal to the FULL DAY RENTAL FEE for your Rental. You agree that this fee is reasonable in the light of the need for us to ensure the Rental is available for the next renter and the damages we are likely to suffer in the event of a late return.
LATE RETURN FEE. Late returns will be subject to a fee of $25/hour beyond the scheduled drop-off time.
LATE RETURN FEE. The Hirer agrees that unauthorised late returns of the TVAN after the expiry of the Hire Period will incur the Late Return Fee.
LATE RETURN FEE. Returns are available between 8a-10am, with a 30 minute grace period. If the Equipment is returned after 10:30 A.M., a late fee of $500 will be charged. Any equipment returned after 12:30pm will be charged a full day’s rent for that day, and a full day’s rent shall be charged for each day thereafter that the Equipment is not returned by 10:30 A.M. The period commencing with the Rental Start Date and ending on the Return Date is sometimes hereinafter referred to as the term of this Agreement.
LATE RETURN FEE. If the vehicle is returned late without the Lessor’s prior agreement, an extra day’s rental for each day or part of a day the vehicle is returned late will be charged plus a Late Return Fee of € 10,00.
