LATE RETURN FEE. A Late Return Fee of up to $15.00 per day, up to a maximum of five (5) days/$75.00, will be applied if You return the Car more than 12 hours after the date and time previously scheduled, and You failed to notify Hertz of such change more than 24 hours prior to Your scheduled return time by calling Hertz at 0-000-000-0000. This Fee will be applied in addition to any change in rental rate that occurs as a result of extending Your rental.

LATE RETURN FEE. If the client fails to return the dress/es within the 48hr period as is outlined by the dates listed on the Try On Contract, e-mail correspondence, and return instructions enclosed with the dress shipment, the client hereby authorizes CBE to charge late return fees. For each day late the client will be charged a late return fee by CBE equal to the rental fee. These charges will accumulate for each day late up to but not exceeding 10x the dress rental fee. After a period of 7 days, the dress will be considered a purchase and the client will be charged the total retail cost of the dress(as stated on the invoice) in addition to the late return fees already incurred.
LATE RETURN FEE. The Hirer agrees that unauthorised late returns of the TVAN after the expiry of the Hire Period will incur the Late Return Fee.

  • Late Return If you are going to be late, tell us straight away. We reserve the right to charge a £100 per hour late return fee which may be used to compensate other holidaymakers who are made to wait for our vehicle. This fee will also include the additional administration in the extension of your insurance.

  • Graduated Return to Work Where an Employee is not receiving benefits from another source and is working less than his/her regular working hours in the course of a graduated return-to-work as the Employee recovers from an illness or injury, the Employee may use any unused sick/short term disability allocation remaining, if any, for the portion of the day where the Employee is unable to work due to illness or injury. A partial sick/short term leave day will be deducted for an absence of a partial day in the same proportion as the duration of the absence is to an employee’s regular hours. Where an employee returns on a graduated return to work from a WSIB/LTD claim, and is working less than his/her regular hours, WSIB and LTD will be used to top up the employee’s wages, as approved and if applicable. Where an employee returns on a graduated return to work from an illness which commenced in the previous fiscal year, • and is not receiving benefits from another source; • and is working less than his/her regular hours of work; • and has sick leave days and/or short-term disability days remaining from the previous year The employee can access those remaining days to top up their wages proportional to the hours not worked. Where an employee returns on a graduated return to work from an illness which commenced in the previous fiscal year, • and is not receiving benefits from another source, • and is working less than his/her regular hours of work, • and has no sick leave days and/ or short-term disability days remaining from the previous year, the employee will receive 11 days of sick leave paid at 100% of the new reduced working hours. When the employee’s hours of work increase during the graduated return to work, the employee’s sick leave will be adjusted in accordance with the new schedule. In accordance with paragraph c), the Employee will also be allocated one hundred and twenty (120) short-term disability days payable at ninety percent (90%) of regular salary proportional to the hours scheduled to work under the graduated return to work. The new pro-rated sick/short-term leave allocation may not be used to top-up from part-time to full-time hours.

  • A-E’S EXPENSE A-E will be responsible for all costs related to photo copying, telephone communications and fax communications while on COUNTY sites during the performance of work and services under this CONTRACT.

  • Late Payment Charges Except for Disputed Amounts, if a Party fails to remit payment for any charges for services by the Xxxx Due Date, or if a payment or any portion of a payment is received by a Party after the Xxxx Due Date, or if payment is not made by check that is currently dated and drawn on an account with sufficient available funds, then a late payment charge may be assessed as provided in Section 27.8.

  • Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”).
