Prohibited Goods. Occupant shall not store or permit to be stored any “Prohibited Goods” in any Cube. “Prohibited Goods” are defined as agricultural goods, food, valuable documents, currency, money, evidence of debt, jewelry, jewels, gems, watches, precious or semi-precious metals or stones, fragile items such as china, dishware, stemware, etc., furs, garments trimmed with fur, or similar valuables, other goods of high value, heirloom quality goods, sentimental or other articles whose values are special or difficult to ascertain or that by their nature cannot be readily replaced with a new article, live plants or animals, controlled drugs, firearms/ ammunition, perishables, living or dead organisms, liquids, chemicals, fumigants, anything that can be damaged by freezing or hot temperatures or extremely high or low humidity, hazardous, toxic, radioactive, explosive, dangerous, incendiary or highly flammable or combustible materials or items, all materials classified as Class IV Commodities or High Hazard Commodities under the Uniform Fire Code, aerosol cans, alcoholic beverages, combustible metal products, glycol, linoleum products, oil based paints, pharmaceuticals, asphalt shingles, flammable solids, lacquers, lubricating or hydraulic fluid, any other liquids, flammable or hazardous substances, or other substances and materials whose storage or use is regulated or prohibited by Federal, state or local law, regulation, rule, or ordinance.

Prohibited Goods. Every BUYEAT retailer is responsible for the laws that apply to them, your shop and your items, including any shipping restrictions for your items. There are some types of items that we don't allow in BUYEAT 's marketplace, even if they are legal and otherwise meet BUYEAT's selling criteria. Some things just aren't in the spirit of BUYEAT. NO GUARANTEE BUYEAT does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App, and operation of the App may be interfered with by numerous factors outside BUYEAT 's control. NO WARRANTY BUYEAT and its suppliers, affiliates and service provider provide the App and services without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory and specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You expressly agree that your use of the App at your risk. FEEDBACK AND RATINGS BUYEAT encourage registered buyers and retailers on the App to provide feedback to each other after the transaction has closed; this helps all Users to know what it is like to deal with the said buyer/retailer. BUYEAT will not be responsible for the feedback that buyer post on the App and buyer should be careful about making comments that are not factual in nature and should not post defamatory or illegal or offensive/obscene contents. As a retailer, if you continue to receive negative feedback ratings or fail to deliver your order repeatedly, BUYEAT reserves the right to suspend your membership, and you will be unable to list or buy on the App.
Prohibited Goods. To prevent harm or damage, Your Goods must not include any item listed in the Prohibited Goods List displayed by the Operator from time to time on its website or at the Premises or any animal or anything which is hazardous, illegal, stolen, inflammable (excluding alcoholic beverages), explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable or which in the reasonable opinion of the Operator may cause harm to any person, property or the environment. You must ensure Your Goods are free of food scraps (or other perishable substances) and are not damp when placed into storage.
Prohibited Goods. 8.1 The following items must not be submitted for collection or storage and will not be moved or stored by us, unless agreed in advance in writing by one of our executive directors: (a) hazardous, combustible, flammable, damaging or explosive goods, including liquids, chemicals, gas bottles, aerosols, paints, firearms and ammunition or any other material of a dangerous or toxic nature; (b) jewellery, ivory, watches, stamps, precious stones or precious metals; (c) antiques, furs, fine arts or collections of a similar kind, mobile phones, perfumery, tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, beers, wines, spirits and the like; (d) electronic items (defined as consumer and commercial electrical appliances and instruments including but not limited to radios, televisions, computers, computer software, hard drives, chips, microchips, printed circuit boards and their components, modems, monitors, cameras, facsimile machines, photocopies, VCR`s, hi-fi`s, stereos, CD players, digital recorders/players and the like); (e) money, deeds, bullions, bonds, securities, coins, cash or negotiable instruments and the like (including cheques and any vouchers with a face value); (f) pollutants that are likely to cause contamination, infestation or encourage vermin or other pests or emit fumes, smell or odour; (g) perishable items or those requiring a controlled environment including frozen or perishable food; (h) living or dead animals, birds, fish, reptiles, plants or any other living organism of any type; or (i) illegal or stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material or any goods prohibited by the law or regulation of any government or public or local authority or goods that require special licence or government consent for export or import.
