Layoff Exceeding. 15 Days (i) A Temporary employee laid off prior to the expiry of her appointment shall have the right to bump into a position held by a less senior Temporary employee. (ii) An employee on a probationary period as defined in Article 25.08 shall have no bumping rights. (iii) A Regular employee shall have bumping rights into any position held by a less senior Regular employee or any position held by a Temporary employee.
